From Effingham,SC, the Brown brothers are known throughout the country "The Sensational Brown Brothers" is a gospel group which has been singing God's praises together since their childhood. Being blessed with God-fearing parents (the late Alice and Arthur Brown, Sr.), this group was given a strong Christian foundation. Together, these brothers continue their ministry believing, trusting and depending upon Jesus to carry them through. They have performed on programs with practically every major recording gospel group over the years, including The Jackson Southernairs, The Williams Brothers, The Cantons, Luther Barnes, Willie Neal and the Keynotes, The Mighty Clouds, and more. The Brown brothers have recorded a number of songs over the years--namely such renditions as "Kneel At the Cross", "Lord You Spared Me Over", "When the Roll Is Called", "I'll Make It Alright", and many others. The group has traveled in many areas, and they sing praises to people along with most of the famous gospel groups in the country. There were originally nine brothers in the group; and now, there are seven remaining brothers, a nephew and a cousin who carry God's message of His Redeeming Love. The current group is being produced by RainDown Productions.
